IT IS SO EASY TO JOIN! NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED! YOU JUST NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR RECEIPTS DATED WITHIN THE PROMO PERIOD!
PROMO MECHANICS:
1. SHOW ME YOUR RECEIPT Online Promo shall run from July 07 – September 07, 2014.
2. Within the promo period (July 07 – September 07), promo participant is required to submit a clear photo or scanned copy of their proof of purchase in any Puregold branch showing its Date of issuance & its Official Receipt number, which shall serve as their raffle entry. Date on the proof of purchase should be issued or dated within the promo period (July 07 – September 07).
3. ONE (1) proof of purchase equivalent to ONE (1) raffle entry.
4. There shall be five (5) winners each week or a total of 45 winners during the promo period. Each winner shall win a SPECIAL RAINY DAY PACKAGE from Puregold.
5. Promo requirements are as follows:
STEP 1: SUBMIT the following information at puregoldpriceclubinc@gmail
a. Personal information (complete name, complete home address, gender, birthday, status (married or single), telephone/ mobile number, Facebook username, Twitter username, Instagram username & e-mail address).
b. Preferred Puregold branch, where they want to redeem their prize.
c. Date of Issuance and Official Receipt Number of the proof of purchase
d. Photo or scanned copy of your proof of purchase
STEP 2: SHARE the poster of “SHOW ME YOUR RECEIPT ONLINE PROMO” on your Facebook Timeline page with the #myreceipt
Note:
• Photo or scanned copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be clear and has no hand writing marks
• Date on the official receipt must within the promo period (July 07 – September 07, 2014)
• Promo participant may send as many entries as they want within the promo period.
• Submitted receipt cannot be re-used for another entry.
(ONE (1) proof of purchase equivalent to ONE (1) raffle entry.)
• Promo participants, who will not be able to complete the above promo requirements, shall not be included in the list of qualified entries.
6. Each week, five (5) lucky promo participants will be determined thru electronic raffle draw and each lucky promo participants shall win ONE (1) SPECIAL RAINY DAY PACKAGE from Puregold.
7. Winners shall be notified via text messages / phone calls on the notification day (please see the table on the poster) from 9 am to 5 pm. Winners, who shall not respond to the text messages / phone calls on the notification day ( please see the table on the poster) from 9 am to 5 pm, shall immediately be disqualified. Puregold shall then draw another lucky promo participant/s from the list of qualifiers.
8. Name of the winners shall be posted on Puregold’s Facebook page after the notification day.
9. Prize redemption period shall be stated on the notification letter that shall be sent to the registered email address of the winner.
10. Here are the requirements when claiming the prize:
a. Winner 18 years old & above must present his/her two (2) valid IDs (original and photocopy - SSS ID/ Passport/ etc.) and a photocopy of the submitted proof of purchase. He / She must also present a printed copy of the notification letter sent by Puregold via email.
b. Winner under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Both the winner and the adult must present his/ her set of identification papers (original and photocopy of 2 valid IDs & printed copy of the notification letter) and a photocopy of the submitted proof of purchase upon claiming of prize.
c. If the Winner will redeem his/her prize thru authorized representative, the authorized representative must bring the following: Authorization letter & 2 valid ID (original & photocopy) of the winner, original & photocopy of the 2 valid ID of the authorized representative, and the notification letter sent by Puregold via e-mail.
11. Puregold reserves the right to change the mechanics of the contest so as to ensure that everyone gets a fair chance of winning.
12. This online promo is open to all Filipinos residing in the Philippines.
13. Employees of Puregold Price Club Inc. and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
